The Platform is owned and operated by Highmour, a sole proprietorship with its registered address at A-4, Mahendra Nagar, Baswa Road, Bandikui, Dausa, Rajasthan — 303313, India (referred to as "Highmour", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Who Can Use the Platform
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform and purchase from us. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are purchasing on behalf of someone else, you take full responsibility for the transaction.
Highmour sells two categories of products:
• 3D-Printed Home Decor: Sculptural lamps, vases, and tea light shades made using eco-friendly, plant-based materials. Most 3D-printed products are made-to-order.
• Jaipuri Printed Cotton Furnishings: Bedsheets, dohar, table runners, table covers, and cushion covers, hand-printed using traditional block print, dabu, and sanganeri techniques.
Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but slight colour variations may appear due to screen settings or photography lighting. Minor variations in handcrafted and hand-printed items are normal and not defects.
• All prices on the Platform are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.

• Payment is required at the time of placing an order.
• We accept payments through the methods available at checkout (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, COD where applicable).
When you place an order on the Platform, you are making a legally binding offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price. A contract is formed when we confirm and process your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:
• There is a pricing error on the Platform.
• The product is out of stock or unavailable.
• There is reason to suspect fraud or misuse.
In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.
Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, available on this Platform. We currently ship within India only.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, available on this Platform.
All content on this Platform — including but not limited to product photographs, design assets, text, graphics, logos, and the Highmour brand name — is proprietary to Highmour or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this Platform without our prior written permission.
By using the Platform, you agree not to:
• Provide false or misleading information during registration or checkout.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Use the Platform in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functioning.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control or endorse those websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Highmour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform or the products purchased. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
We make every effort to ensure product information, pricing, and availability are accurate, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
Highmour shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, courier disruptions, or technical failures.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dausa, Rajasthan.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
